We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders over 250€.
Bonastre products are delivered in a Bonastre branded dustbag / box.
All orders are dispatched from France and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.
Delivery times are approximate and Bonastre cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.
Bonastre is unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. If there is no one available when delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange redelivery or where you can pick up your shipment.
Bonastre cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.
Please ensure that email@example.com is marked as safe to avoid confirmation and shipping emails from Bonastre being delivered as a spam.
You may return products purchased from bonastre.net no later than 14 days after the original date.
The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a “Return Authorization”. Once received the return authorization, the product(s) can be sent back to Bonastre.
No parcel shall be accepted without a return authorization.
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for shipping return products, including covering the cost of return shipment.
Bonastre cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit or delivered late. We therefore strongly advise to use an insured and tracked service. We are unable to accept returned products if they reach us more than 14 days after the original delivery date.
Returned products must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.
Please pay special attention to the packing of any bags with a chain strap and pack the chain like we originally do, in order that it does not mark the leather. Otherwise a bag may arrive back at Bonastre in unsaleable condition, and we would therefore not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid for the products, excluding shipping charges, within a maximum period of 7 days of Bonastre receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.
Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Bonastre cannot guarantee the time that a refund will take to show on your account as this is controlled by the card issuer.
We are unable to exchange products at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
In the event a product purchased from bonastre.net is deemed faulty within a period of 6 months after the date of purchase, Bonastre reserves the right to either repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the purchaser.
