Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.
Delivery times are approximate and Bonastre cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.
All orders are dispatched from France and are fully insured and tracked. However, excluding any import taxes/duties.
All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, signature by the third party is deemed to be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Bonastre.
Bonastre is unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. If there is no one available when delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange redelivery or where you can pick up your shipment.
Bonastre cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.
Please ensure that email@example.com is marked as safe to avoid confirmation and shipping emails from Bonastre being delivered as a spam.
TAXES & DUTIES
- For countries in the European Union, no customs fees are applied.
- For countries outside of the EU, customs charges may be applied by local Customs in the country of delivery. Please note that the customs fees vary depending on the country of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Archive items.
You may return products purchased from BONASTRE within 14 days after reception, following the instructions given.
The customer must contact customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a “Return Authorization” before proceeding with the return. No parcel shall be accepted without a return authorization.
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for shipping return products, including covering the cost of return shipment.
Bonastre cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit or delivered late. We therefore strongly advise to use an insured and tracked service. We are unable to accept returned products if they reach us more than 14 days after the original delivery date.
Please pay special attention to the packing of any bags with a chain strap and pack the chain like we did originally, to avoid marking the leather. Also make sure that the hangtags are inside the bag, ideally in the pocket, to avoid scratching the leather.
Returned products must be in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid for the products, excluding shipping charges, within a maximum period of 7 days of Bonastre receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.
Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Bonastre cannot guarantee the time that a refund will take to show on your account as this is controlled by the card issuer.
We are unable to exchange products at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
In the event a product purchased from bonastre.net is deemed faulty within a period of 6 months after the date of purchase, Bonastre reserves the right to either repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the purchaser. Our goods are handmade, small imperfections or variation in shape, size, and color should not be seen as faulty.
Colour differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather it can show these characteristics in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of the leather and will not be accepted as faulty.
